Salary: £34,535 per annum (including OLW)

We’re looking for…
We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our Wedding and Event business, responsible for the standard and quality of service and ensuring every wedding and event is backed up with excellent organisation, planning and superior customer service. In addition, they will be responsible for the delivery of Weddings/Events at Gilwell Park London, monitoring viewings, sales, feedback, taster days and all aspects of our Wedding and Event business on an ongoing basis.
Gilwell Park hosts many Weddings and Events, but we are looking to increase the number, yield and diversity of these events going forward. We are looking for creativity and product development which will ensure that, not only are we quick to respond to consumer and market trends, but we can future proof our offer to be innovative and lead change in these areas. This will include devising new product offers that meet the needs of all faiths and communities and leading on Wedding Shows internally and externally.
We need an individual who can understand and apply internal processes, controls and adhere with company policies as well as building, managing budgets and negotiating costs and SLA's with suppliers. Thinking strategically, executing quality outputs under tight deadlines and working flexibly as needed is critical as is working in partnership with our clients to offer a service that sets new standards in Wedding Management.
